Another day another theme park, but we decided to take a break from Disney and head to Universal Studios for the day. If you have time to spare then feel free to visit, but our opinion is that it isn't really a patch on Disney. Oh, and you'll be lucky if everything works as they seem to take rides and restaurants out of commission willy nilly. Highlights are the overall decor, which is very well done, as well as the Men in Black and Shrek 4-D rides.

That is the biggest walrus we've ever seen!

This is a great show featuring dolphins, whales and birds, very entertaining and worth seeing. A word of warning if you ever go to this, don't sit near the front because you will get wet!

The Manatee tank. These mammals have existed for millions of years, but their existence is threatened by boats, whose rotors kill them.

Our first log flume ride since arriving in Orlando, and boy did we get wet! Do not do this unless you're prepared to drop a very long way at a very steep angle.

Aaahhhh, it's the penguins.

The final show of the day, Shamu the whale, where you get to see the biggest whale in captivity anywhere in the world at 22 metres long! Oh, and if you thought Blue Horizons got you wet watch out, as this one gets you absolutely soaked.

Our favourite - the dolphins. This is the baby dolphin tank, where mothers go to have their babies and babies spend the first few months of their lives. They were so friendly that we took quite a few shots.
